The conquer series
The Conquer series is a trilogy that spans over the time of 10 years. It follows the lives of 5 kids who grow up in a world where they are consistently hiding or on the run. Each of them are gifted...or to some they are cursed with supernatural abilities born from the trauma they experience. With this they face the everchanging dilemma of their identities. They may crave justice, they may crave revenge, or is it something else? Should they become the heroes? Should they become the Villains? Should they do it all or do nothing? Follow them through their ups and downs as they learn to find love for themselves, their community, friends, and family in the battles they face. The battles of their minds, hearts, and their lives. Follow their journey as they learn what it means to CONQUER.

tYTONS
Quarantine in 2020 was the perfect time for a game like Avarice to consume the void of boredom that lurked at this time. It was a way to get rich quick for the small price of a soul. Four gamer-friends in the city that was eerily quiet, ventured down this path. They fell into Avarice's trap and paid the price for their monotony bred curiosity. Who craves the riches of a billionaire the most? How much of their souls will it cost to let Avarice eat them alive?
galaxy 2:
personal narratives
In all honesty, I don’t enjoy writing personal narratives as much as I enjoy writing literally anything else. The reason being… its personal (sorry if that was redundant). Some of the stuff I write about isn’t easy to write about, let alone publish. Therefore, the following selections I have are very limited for now. However, I would love for you all to get to know me a little bit better down the line.
Hair: The Mysterious Storyteller
Now before you read this blurb keep in mind that this is a narrative and Journal. Meaning that the first part is a narrative and the rest of it is a space for you to journal.
Everyone has a hair story but, what makes a black hair story different is the cultural significance behind it. It’s the constant push and pull between loving and hating our hair for what it is and what it can be. Its living in a society where someone is always telling you what you can and can’t do with your hair according to a standard that was forced upon us a long time ago. This isn’t a story to rage against having straight hair. This is a story about taking our power back. It’s a story about reclaiming our crown…our autonomy. This is a story about understanding that we have a choice, and that choice is not ever constrained to only having straight hair. Yes, I am telling my personal hair story but it’s not just my story to hold. It is a small part of a long network of stories about black hair and I want you to partake in it.
This is going to be a 12-part collection of stories/essays about my personal experiences in life. It’s a place where I use the art of writing to explain topics that are difficult to talk about, this is my way of attempting to make it make sense. There’s metaphorical and allegorical language in each of these essays. There are references to fantastical elements and sometimes there is a poetic-like feel to these works. This is probably as honest as my writing is going to get, in the context of personal narratives. This will probably get updated once a month, maybe I’ll post twice a month. So far this is what I have covered:
I’m Not Excited About Graduating College (The title is self-Explanatory)
I Wanna Kill the Last Artist (Struggling with choosing a career path as I was choosing my major)
My First Love: An Unfortunate Breakup (Why I quit Vocal music)
Fight Back or Die Trying (‘Advice’ for creatives, specifically writers)
Galaxy 3: Cultural critique essays
This essay is about Black people being properly represented in media and its importance. People may take escapism as something that is fleeting but for BIPOC people it’s different. For me it seems quite necessary for us to use escapism as a coping mechanism because we face multi-dimensional conflict throughout our lives.
